I met my friend Linda on the top floor of CC Passarela near Mirador Strip as I had read a few comments about a new fruit and vegetable market where you can also buy snacks. As I love fresh produce I thought it would be a good place to go for one of our lunches, la pepa food market tenerife, we could have a browse around the stalls and then get some food to round off our trip. There was only one counter selling fresh meat which while it seemed a bit expensive looked superb and I do think I will be going back to get one of his rib of beef joints.

Luckily here in Tenerife, dining is viewed as a very social, family experience. Children are welcomed at almost every bar and restaurant. Siam Mall has loads of different restaurants that are open from 10ampm. There is a large soft play area here, a jumping, trampoline park and arcade and amusement rides too. The promenade here is lined with restaurants. There is a park, trampolines and crazy golf in this area too. Based on the top floor, here you will find several stalls, serving all different kinds of foods. Everybody can choose something different if they wish. You can really keep everyone happy. There are large benches and tables in the middle of the food market where you can relax and eat.

The Wonder Food Market Flavours of the World has only been open two weeks and has some chic food and wine stalls, but as we'd just eaten breakfast we never got to try any of the grub this time. It looks like it will be a great addition to the area. Here's a pic. Yes it's called Issan Thai and I'm led to believe it's excellent. They are on facebook and have numerous restaurants in Europe. Very Bizarre looking 'trendy' looking food market.

When I arrived Linda already had a drink and I walked across to where she had bought it and the guy said no we only sell soft drinks if you have alcohol, otherwise use the machine, I went to the wine stall, again no we only sell wine, and another only sold beer and the coffee shop only coffee.
