The owner's pontoon is not part of the rental and should not be accessed during guests' stay. Washer and dryer included in laundry room on main level of the house and there is an attached 3 car garage. In addition,the property has a new custom 20' by 28' alumadock with pvc decking that extends 50 feet out onto the lake with a slip for you to park your boat.
