The Acosta family kept running the restaurant a family affair when his four children joined him in the family business. Currently, in , there are thirteen locations that are owned and operated by the Acosta family. In , corporate locations began closing on Sundays as a way to continue to provide kinship and stability to their employees by giving them a day to spend with their friends and family.
