I specifically told the waiter what I wanted: steak with no seasonings or butter, a kids hamburger with no seasonings or bun. An hour later, my steak came out loaded with seasonings and butter and my kids hamburger with a bun. We left after confirming this with the waiter and manager, with no apologies or offer to remake the food. We will never go back here. Very helpful! They have a list if gluten free items on a separate menu. They understand Gluten-Free and are able to prepare meals that are Gluten-free and safe to eat. When I told the waitress I needed gluten free food she came back with an informative guide to eating there! And did not get glutened from the meal! We have been eating at Longhorn for years and have never had an issue with cross-contamination.
