We went here multiple times on my trip, it was so good. I got the Chicago classic deep dish with the gluten free crust, and it was so delicious! Even the people I was with who can eat gluten really enjoyed it. The pizza was good, but in all honesty, not worth the hype. It was like a super crunchy cracker and we couldn't even bite into the edges. No thank you! For sure cross contaminated. We ordered our pizza to go, when we got back to our hotel my crust of my pizza was burnt. But… the bottom of my pizza was rubber looking and not cooked all the way. I was extremely disappointed as we had heard great things.
