So when the Event drops again possible in Spetember you may want to farm Violence. Some people farmed them in the hundreds and never got one drop. Acolytes returns like every half a year. I in the past couple months i have purposefully trying to make builds with my melee weapons taht can compete with maiming strike level damage.

New stuff is being introduced to the game without ever actually fixing anything old. How fun! Maiming Strike opens new doors but the doors are locked behind a huge beast, which you must either bribe, let it devour your soul and sanity or just get plain lucky and get Maiming Strike without lifting a finger. It's an Acolyte Mod and only dropped by one of them. I understand the grind it this mods is pathetically bad for an event but I got main in strike first try on violence yesterday.
