Correct me if I'm wrong, but the snuff movie was meant to end with Cash being killed by the White Rabbit, right? Instead, Cash kills the White Rabbit, but why didn't Starkweather just improvise, let that be the ending to the snuff film, and cut Cash loose? Sure, it might not be the ending he desired, but with how spontaneous the game can be why would it really matter how his messed up movie ends?
