The thing that puts this software at the top of my list is the excellent customer support. After using Maxident for about 6 months I requested some program modifications and the company is working on implementing them and keeping me updated on their progress along the way. Our customer service specialist and I feel he really listens to what I am saying and really tries to fix any issues I have with the software.
