However, Ellis was quick to show his gratitude to Arcola and highlight the support he received from the neighbouring town. Ellis has been operating in Arcola for five years and said the Carlyle location is great and very much similar to the Arcola location, which is very compact; space they used very efficiently. Ellis said the business is now going through a transition phase as there still remains some work to be done within the building.

Stopped for lunch while in town for a wedding. Had the brisket sandwich with a cup of beef and barley soup and it was fantastic! Also the cinnamon bun was really good.
