I have been using the Mr Car Wash in Cedar Park since it was open and have been happy with my experience there until today. Today changed that.

This car wash does a really great job. It's a bit pricey and I do wish they were open until 7 as it would make it easier to get there after work, but every time I go it gets my car super clean I agree with several of the reviewers about the facilities. It's definitely I got the Titanium wash and gave a 2 dollar tip. Carwash was way below expectations and complaining to the Manager was extremely poor service and a I don't care attitude.

I have been using the Mr Car Wash in Cedar Park since it was open and have been happy with my experience there until today. Today changed that. My passenger side mirror broke in the car wash. I reported it to the supervisor who then insisted the mirror was broken prior to my arrival. The mirror now swings freely. Prior to my arrival at the car wash I had driven up Mopac and Hwy at high rates of speed and the mirror functioned properly. It now swings freely. The most dishonest business practice I have ever been victim of.
