Monroy, a Beaver County entrepreneur originally from Guatemala, recently opened the Latin American market along Merchant Street to bring a taste of home to a growing number of locals with Central American roots — and something new to Ambridge. I wanted to open this place for Central American people, and everybody, looking for some food.
