We have had some cold and windy days this season and the Cloud Bank has not disappointed. Gore-Tex is a nice guarantee because it will keep you dry on even the wettest of days. The nice thing about Gore-Tex is that it moves with you not against you. I love all the pockets that are included in the Cloud Bank.
