If you have a Microsoft subscription with recurring billing, you can change how you pay at any time. You can also cancel or turn off recurring billing for a Microsoft subscription. Sign in to Services and subscriptions with your Microsoft account. Sign in. If you have more than one Microsoft account, make sure you're signing in with the one that applies to the subscription you want to change. If you're updating your child's subscription, make sure you sign in with their account, not yours. Find the subscription in the list, select Manage , and then select Change how you pay. If you don't see Change how you pay , it could be because recurring billing isn't turned on.

In the Microsoft admin center, you can manage the payment information and billing for your Microsoft subscription. From here you can review your invoices, add a new payment method, or check your other Microsoft billing information. Sign in to the Microsoft admin center with your admin credentials. On the Invoices tab, choose the invoice that you want to view. If you don't see an invoice, use the date filter and select Past 3 months , Past 6 months , or Specify date range. On the Invoice summary page are invoice details including a list of items, the price for each item, and the total cost for all items in the invoice. If you want to receive a copy of your billing statement in email, see Manage billing notifications and invoice attachments. Note Microsoft services do not provide payment receipts. For credit card payments, use the invoice and credit card billing statement to match your payment.
