Weather in the game doesn't reflect the real world at all - each day the weather seems to be on a set pattern and does not change until the next day, which is where the Dynamic Weather mod by Vrakyas comes into play.

The following are all the mods that I personally enjoy using in My Time at Portia. They are fairly simple to install, though if you are having difficulty understanding the instructions on the Unity Mod Manager page I will be happy to rephrase them in hopes of helping you out. The last in the list will only be helpful if players are planning on using the next mod in the list, though I would strongly advise against pushing these too mods too far as there is the potential that they will crash your game if you get too over powered. I will let you know and update this guide if it ever happens as I hope to test this out for clarity. Essentially, instead of Skills being limited to the amount that players can currently put in ie. For those of you who want to make as much Gol as possible, this is the mod for you!

Modders have offered a wide variety of options you can install to enhance or expand the experience. Just look at Stardew Valley and its gigantic modding community , that continues on even today. The base game takes around 50 hours to complete, so there were lots of opportunities to add to an already great game. Modders have truly thought of everything, too. No matter what type of experience you are looking for in My Time at Portia, you are sure to find something over at Nexus Mods. Want to do whatever you want in the game and makes thing a lot easier? Maybe you just need to put in a bit more effort. Select where you want to go on the map and it magically whisks you away there, saving you time and allowing you to get much more done in a single day.
