This colourful, anime themed ramen bar in Everton Park is a gem, and it's probably one of the biggest portion vegan restaurant in Brisbane at the moment! Everything here is vegan. The menu features highly customisable ramen and stir-fry. You can pick the sauce, noodle type and toppings you prefer. Try the tan tan ramen broth for ramen and the surprisingly flavourful garlic mushroom sauce for stir-fry. Be sure to leave some space for the amazing desserts. I've tried all 4 and they are all superb. The ice cream they use is soy based and super creamy. And the purple yam doughnuts are a must-try. Other than the delicious food, another stand out feature here is the huge portion, especially the stir fry and desserts.

Neon Ramen is a quirky and colourful neon-lit anime and cyberpunk themed ramen bar tucked away in the Everton Park shopping centre that is also home to Charlie's Fruit Market. Served under neon lights and cherry blossoms, with anime artworks adorning the walls, the menu at Neon Ramen offers a plant-based twist to classic dishes, catering to vegan, vegetarian and coeliac customers. Main meals at Neon Ramen are the make-your-own ramen dish, where you choose your broth, noodles, protein and toppings; or make-your-own sti-fry, with a choice of flavour, base, protein and topping. In addition there's a selection of delicious snacks and sides including dashi fries, neon fried mushroom, pan fried bao, miso mushroom yakitori and 'chicken' katsu sando; while for dessert there's black sesame or green tea ice-cream or cinnamon bun ice-cream sandwich. Neon Ramen is also fully licensed with beers, wine, spirits and unique cocktails as well as a selection of non-alcoholic drinks.
