This game features a lush and diverse world coupled with some groundbreaking mechanics — for its time, at least — that has helped it garner a stellar reputation ever since its widely anticipated release, nexus mods oblivion. I want to download some mods for oblivion since I want to start playing it again, but I'm having problems registering to nexus need to register for larger mod files everytime I try to register I get as far as "registration succesful" and then it says validation email will be sent shortly 10 mins or instantly. Now here's the problem, I never get a validation email even though I've put my correct email adress, even sent a issue report but didn't get any answer. I tried it maybe a month ago last time and it didn't work back then either. Anyone got any answers for this? I searched for this problem on google etc. Log In Sign Up.

Nexus mods oblivion

I am looking for the best way to mod oblivion with or through Nexus mod manager, I have modded Skyrim with Nexus mod which seem to be much easier a DL and plug in style. For Oblivion I would mainly like the graphics to be maxed as much as possible. Don't use the nexus mod manager to install all your mods on oblivion. It's only ideal with very few which specifically mention it, and it's alright with some that only require for you to drag and drop. But using the nmm by default will either cause you problems with most other mods or won't install them properly. Oblivion mod manager and wrye bash is what you should be using instead. I also recommend the archive invalidation for oblivion automatically does the proccess for you -which is neccessary for most mods , as well as boss to sort your load order if you're going for more than just a handfull of mods. As for the graphics to be maxed out like in the youtube videos"you're going to have to choose between 2 routes, OBGE or enb -you can't use both at the same time. These must be installed manually. The rest comes down to getting the mods and following the instructions. It could be a pain, especially given Oblivion isn't exactly well optimized by itself, let alone when you strap a ton of mods to it. Not saying it's impossible to run it without problems whilst using a ton of mods, but running into problems with mods is normal. Don't use BOSS. The people who made it have moved on to LOOT. Nothing can replace those two.

The environments of Oblivion might be gorgeous in their own right, but they can't help but show their age.

On a different note someone suggested using Loot. Oscuro's Oblivion Overhaul is one of the most popular mods for the game, and it's easy to see why this is the case. Ask A Question.
