Twelve units will be replaced with 73 units in two new apartment buildings: A three-storey apartment building with 55 units at Hawkins St. A three-storey apartment building with 18 units at Heximer Ave. These units will be located across the road from Prince Charles Park, be close to a minor commercial district and have access to public transit. These features make this spot an ideal location for development.
