Nightmare Fredbear is a major antagonist and one of the nightmare animatronics of the Five Nights at Freddy's series, nightmare fredbear, first appearing in Five Nights at Freddy's 4 as the main antagonist. The child's head became trapped between the second row of teeth in the animatronic, and, as the jaw slowly clamped down on his head, the bullies laughed. Their laughing soon turned into horror, as Fredbear's jaw suddenly broke through the child's fragile skull.

In Five Nights at Freddy's 2 , the player may rarely encounter what seems to be a shadow or a dark model of Withered Golden Freddy , who is in fact Shadow Freddy.
