The atmospheric fitout is timeless, classical, and simply beautiful. Stuart worked closely with the owner to design and build the ethereal vision. The scope included handcrafting a feature bar area, building an alfresco area featuring 3 raised piers which acts as a walk throughinstalling bespoke booth seating, creating intimate dining spaces, building nippon bar & kitchen full commercial kitchen, and fitting designer bathroom facilities. The centre piece for the exquisite space was the installation of a huge Japanese blossom tree which pays homage to the businesses Japanese roots whilst creating an unforgettable feature, nippon bar & kitchen.
