Completing all of the milestones in Satisfactory will take players a lot of work and will require them to track down and utilize many different resources in the game. As the player unlocks new types of machines and methods of transporting materials they will need to use them to in turn further automate their factory production. This will put them one step further to completing each milestone and unlocking everything the game has to offer. While all resources in the game are useful, one of the most important resources for players to obtain in the later parts of the game is Nitrogen Gas. This is something that players won't be able to utilize until very late in the game but is required in order to completely finish Tier Eight. This guide shows players how to obtain Nitrogen Gas and what its uses in the game are. Nitrogen Gas may be incredibly useful, but players will be unable to get their hands on the resource until late in the game. They will first need to make it all the way to Tier Eight and then complete the Advanced Aluminum Production milestone. By doing so the player will be able to acquire Resource Well Pressurizers and Extractors which are needed to acquire this gas. Once the player has set up the Pressurizer and Extractor properly on a Nitrogen Gas Resource Well the player then just has to set up a pipeline to transport the gas wherever it needs to go. The upside to transporting Nitrogen compared to Water or Oil is that it will flow freely uphill without the player having to worry about head lift, so setting up pipes for transport is a very easy process. Once the player has gotten a transportation line set up for their Nitrogen Gas they can then use it to create all kinds of late-game parts and objects. For example, Nitrogen Gas will grant the player the ability to obtain the Cooling System part. This part in turn will allow the player to construct the Particle Accelerator machine as well as other parts like the Supercomputer, Thermal Propulsion Rocket, and Turbo Motor.

I now have two or three resource nodes using Mk 1 pipes to feed into a Mk 2 pipe before I bring the pipe up to the second level. That includes the pipe segments on the second floor.
