However with only being here for two days it has been above and beyond my expectations. The lady in reception GAMZE is so professional and ever so helpful, and her customer service is the best customer service I have ever come across in Cyprus. She is amazing and made me feel ever so comfortable. And always checking up on us and consistently communicates by doing this. The hotel rooms are beautiful and very clean and classy. We haven't stayed at Lord's Palace before as we live quite close by, but recently enjoyed a one night staycation and it was truly exceptional. The room and view was amazing, cabana at the beach club for the day, cocktails in the Sky Lounge watching the sunset and then a fantastic meal at Komur restaurant with live music.
