I've used UD Primer Potion original formula for years so that's my basis of comparison. This primer has good tack and hold for eyeshadow, but it's almost too good. It goes on sticky and dries slowly. It actually causes a bit of itchiness on the lid when I a Because of the amount of tack my eyeliner pencil tugs a bit when applying, and my eyeshadows need to be patted on to form a "base" for each color. Once the base coat of eyeshadow covers the primer, I then add more shadow on top in order to blend the colors. Other pluses: This is a much better value than PP although I'll need to continue buying both at this rate.
