I want to try to get the rest of the needed sum to give dad a place to live in now, rather than to have him living at least next 2 years in hostels there are huge lines of people in line, who are still waiting for new apts from the govt, as it simply can't keep up with all the destruction russia brings to the near-frontline regions , considering his old age and chronic health issues.
