From her upstairs window, Cruella attracts his attention by promising him a story, but only if he helps her escape. Later, she finds a key that Isaac left on her windowsill and sneaks out of the house. Having spent her life in an attic, she asks him to take her somewhere loud, so he brings her to a club where the both of them have fun dancing together.

Madeline marries again, but her daughter kills himand the same thing happens with her third husband as well. Gold bluntly remarks that Cruella had to die at the Savior's hands, and this is a fresh start to turn Emma towards darkness.
