Kid and Zoro Facing Threats! After Sanji is defeated, King pursues Zoro while he is still incapacitated. A Mary watches Black Maria , the last remaining Tobiroppo , face defeat. Raizo enters battle against Fukurokuju but Fukurokuju uses his long earlobes as whips, knocking him to the ground. Killer battles Hawkins and manages to slash him, but Hawkins' Devil Fruit ability allows him to redirect the damage onto other people, leaving himself unharmed. Killer realizes that he cannot harm Hawkins without first killing his own captain. On the live floor, Sanji is left to battle against both King and Queen while Zoro continues to heal, waiting for the drug to take effect. Perospero attempts to sabotage Sanji by shooting him with his candy bow , but Nekomamushi appears and strikes him out of the castle. King and Queen get the upper hand and strike Sanji down. While Queen brutally punishes the defected Gifters, King decides to pursue and attack Zoro while he is incapacitated.

Luffy uses his Gear 5 awakened form to both manipulate the environment like rubber and freely change the shape of his body, and Kaidou is left baffled as Luffy barrages him with increasingly unorthodox moves; however, Luffy does need to make a great effort to maintain this form due to his near-death state. With their battle now resumed, Kaidou states that he was sure Luffy had died, to which the latter agrees. He watches Luffy bounce off the ground repeatedly and deduces that he has awakened his Paramecia Devil Fruit since he is able to turn his surroundings into rubber. However, he notes that something does not add up, as Luffy's transformation should be more reminiscent of a Zoan user. Kaidou lunges at Luffy and attempts to devour him, but Luffy bounces around his insides before using Gomu Gomu no Fusen to expand not only his body, but Kaidou's as well. Yamato and Momonosuke , who are watching the battle from a distance, are confused by what they are seeing, wondering if Kaidou getting fatter was just one of his forms. While Kaidou becomes frustrated at his body gaining the properties of rubber, Luffy sees two lights from inside him, which turn out to be his eyes, and grabs through them to latch onto his nose before using Gomu Gomu no Dasshutsu Rocket to free himself from Kaidou's body. He then begins to deflate, which sends him flying into the clouds, and reemerges the size of a giant by using Gomu Gomu no Gigant , much to everyone's astonishment. Kaidou once again bites Luffy, but the latter, taking advantage of his size and Kaidou's serpentine form, uses Gomu Gomu no Nawatobi to use Kaidou's body as a jump rope.

I think it's coming to an end But at the very least it opens the door to a lot of very creative moves and scenarios. Luffy, in any form, shouldn't "overwhelm" Kaido, because that would imply he'd far stronger than the WSC in that form. FS and Acoa are optimised, Luffy's USAGE of both is perfectly fine, there's nothing else to improve, now if you expect him to become a dodge god you're wrong. Its not how powerups are supposed to be executed imo.
