Opodo really makes the travel so simplistic. I let my travel schedules, short or long, personal or business managed by Opodo. They do great job managing the flights, transit system, hotel booking, car rentals and other services as well.

This company does not typically respond to reviews. After my complains Opodo helpdesk reached me and annual fee was returned back to my bank. I booked a hotel in Rome using Opodo - when we arrived at the address we discovered that the hotel had been closed and no longer exists. However, Opodo let us book and pay for the hotel for several nights. We were left with no place to stay overnight and with financial damage. The service hotline even for us Prime members! We were kept connected for several hours and left helplessly in a foreign city, with no support or booking of a new hotel, with no refund.
Avoid this company like the plague. I asked them to provide opodo reviews with a refund and they said that they would investigate and get back to me by email.

The telephone help is good for Prime membership, but when making a flight booking, you usually cannot check-in via Opodo, you have to go through the airline, and for this you need a booking reference which is hard to find. However, Opodo let us book and pay for the hotel for several nights. What a mistake! Don't make the mistake of thinking Opodo will actually help solve travel issues. They just send back the customer service personnel to repeat the same words. You may not receive any confirmation email while your card is charged. On their membership site I cannot discard the credit card nor stop the membership nor ask for refund or anything. Otherwise it is easy to miss, unlike the credit card fee, which is shown in a box you have to click to proceed. When you book a series of international flights you expect baggage to be included for the price displayed, not charged for separately afterwards, especially when you are not told that doing so will incur a charge. I have spoken to the airline directly, and they told me that they will refund in full, but it has to come through Opodo. Prey that you don't need any amendment to your arrangement. It takes ages to get on a call with a person and they just give the same response. Even the CEO does not reply backor get senior management to look into the problems. That's pure fraud.
