P error code. Thread Tools. Hey guys I'm getting the p error on my xlt f 5, p1131 code ford f150. I know it's usually a vacuum leak on the pcv hosing, which I did have at the back and replaced as well as other softer joining sections 3 to be exact lolbut I'm still getting this error.

I have ford f 4. Had a new fuel pump the whole assembly … original equipment not aftermarket installed about 3 months ago mid-June and changed the fuel filter as well. Mostly I drive it only once per week … just long enough to get everything warmed up at least 20 minutes or so. So, since the fuel pump change I have only put about miles on it. Given that it idles and seems to run smoothly, would you say the O2 sensor is the likely culprit? Or should I investigate other possibilities first? Have you cleared the code once?

It is not telling you there is a lean condition from just the code. There is a TSB for leaking bolts or gaskets on the upper-to-lower intake manifold area that causes similar symptoms.
