Jade store manager when I stopped in this afternoon was extremely helpful - I had an online purchase I needed to return, and she was friendly and professional. When my return ran into a problem, Was my first and last shopping there, the worst stuff worst customer service Bought t shirt that was on final sale but accidentally got wrong size, which they can't even exchange for bigger There was one register open and there was someone who needed to make a return and the manager was no where in sight which just stopped the line completely. The store is a mess and and entirely I called at to say I was picking up an online order and to confirm that it was ready because I'd be driving across town to pick it up. The store clerk confirmed my order was ready. The hours I was just here a few days ago at the Galleria so not sure about this location being "closed" I got here around 15 min after opening hours so I was expecting them to actually be open but
