I love Panera bread menu offerings and since they are a chain, there is little variance from store to store SO basically, there is only one thing that seperates one location from another and that is the service provided by each store's staff. May Stopped in for breakfast while my wife was going through a 3 hour medical procedure nearby. The cashier ruined the whole experience. Rude, unfriendly, unhelpful, impatient, and just shouldn't even be permitted to serve customers. The food was good. Though I have had far better at other Panera Bread locations.
