Pc flashing power button

Ask a new question. PC was on and i was out for sometime. When i came back, i saw the pc in off state.

I have a brand new case full of RGB lights and this one white light is constantly flashing to grab my attention. The course of the flashing is a LED in the case that connects to the motherboard.
