The tale of Baki Hanma was created by Keisuke Itagaki and has been one of the most well-known and long-running martial arts manga and anime in the world. The story follows rising youth named Baki and his journey to the height of the martial arts community from his time as a prepubescent child to his budding adulthood. Through Baki's trials and tribulations, he puts himself through incredible pressure and training to shape his body in mind into the ultimate fighter. While on this journey, Baki is faced with hardships and tragedies, mainly caused by his father's attitude toward those weaker than he is. Along the way, Baki meets and fights some of the strongest warriors known to man who are skilled in various types of martial arts and have pushed their bodies to the absolute limit.
