I ordered a collar and lead for our dog last week and I wanted to let you know it has arrived and it fits perfectly and it is superb. It was such a joy to have someone answer the phone when I called to enquire. We had a very unsuccessful experience the first time we ordered a collar with another company. It took 5 weeks, and when it arrived the product was not the size I had ordered. Thank you for providing such a wonderful service and great quality product!! We will be telling our friends about your company. I loved the collar I bought for my cat Bella. It was light and more suitable for a cat than others I have bought over her almost 5 years. When she got home the other early evening from wherever she goes to get away from the the 3 small dogs who live with us also, I discovered her collar was missing. I still had her old one which I immediately put on her but I feel she was possibly grabbed by the collar by someone or something and the collar released, for which I am grateful. I love these collars. The best cat collars I have found. We have just placed our 3rd order with this store and have been really impressed by the quick delivery and quality of the products.

We were able to locate the owner and calm the dog using it's name very easily - in fact - my friend was still on hold to the local council using the ID tag when the owner arrived to collect!
