Now, Phipps Desserts distributes baked to order goods across the GTA and south western Ontario to over quality retailers, restaurants, cafes and catering companies. We welcome retail customers to place pickup orders for select products or drop by our store at Leslie, Unit 21 in Toronto. At Phipps Desserts, we take pride in our handmade, baked-to-order creations. Our uncompromising commitment to quality has remained unchanged for over 30 years, earning us the loyalty of customers who trust us to deliver delicious classics. We bake individual treats such as cookies, cupcakes, squares and tarts, to whole cakes, cheesecakes, pies and flans, from breakfast items to late night indulgences. Fresh butter, fresh cut preservative free Ontario apples, fresh eggs and dairy, Belgian chocolate, Dutch cocoa, and premium ingredients are brought together in our Award Winning Creations.

Our family-run Cornish bakeries bring joy to lovers of genuine Cornish food by baking premium quality Philps pasties and Cornish pastries. We use traditional methods and recipes, passed down our family for generations, to hand-make a Cornish pasty of legendary taste. From 15yrs of age, our founder, Sammy Philp, worked locally selling groceries and vegetables. Rich butter cake baked with apples tossed in cinnamon and brown sugar. Moist banana cake layered and topped with coconut, pecans and caramel. Sweet, moist layers of banana cake iced in a cream cheese frosting. Topped with crunchy banana chips and splashes of chocolate ganache. Our rich, dense, vanilla cream cheese cake iced in the vanilla buttercream frosting and decorated with colourful confetti. Great for afternoon tea or as a light dessert. Your choice of Apple or Blueberry. Layers of light chiffon cake, topped with chocolate espresso mousse and wrapped in chocolate. A pecan, caramel and coconut concoction tops our decadent chocolate cake.
