Harrowing dashcam footage captured the moment a drink-driver killed her year-old friend in a 72mph crash after leaving a house party and telling friends she was ' per cent' too drunk to drive. Addressing Keilloh, who wept as the statement was read, he said: 'Your naivety, negligence and arrogance along with your stupidity was the cause of our daughter's death. He added: 'My hatred of you is only equal to the love of my daughter, and these two things keep me alive. I hope [Phoebe] haunts you for the rest of your miserable life.
