With over 1, sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!! There is a King bed in the Master, King in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms and two Queen sized beds in the 4th bedroom. There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court. There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation. The view from every window in the condo was stunning. Being able to watch the sun rise from the balcony and the sun set from the other windows was a nice addition to the already beautiful views. I do suggest getting new cushions for the couch. They are worn out and make it hard for more than one person to sit. I would stay again for sure. Very pleased with our condo.
