I'm well aware that we you book a hotel via Groupon you shall not expect the best room in the hotel, but my gosh, we were allocated to a tiny, claustrophobic room with no chairs, no headlight, only two weak bedside lights. There was no Room view was nothing like in the pictures advertising, very disappointing. No kettle in the room, hotel's policy. It appeared to me that the hotel is on a tight budget when it came to food. Full Irish with half a pudding on a plate, less than a table spoon of beans, 1 sachet of ketchup when two adults ordered chips with burgers,1 butter piece at breakfast between two adults, etc. I wouldn't recommend their restaurant, we dined elsewhere the next day. The waitress wouldn't allow us to sit beside the window claiming someone is coming to the empty table but when I asked the manager, she said I'm more than welcome as the hotel does not accept booking in the restaurant 1st comes, 1st served basis. No WiFi. I personally didn't find the majority of the staff friendly, they could be either tired or didn't need to bother with foreign Groupon clients ; I think once you lower your expectations, You would like the stay as the surroundings are magnificent and breathtaking, we didn't stay much in the hotel, there's so much to see in the area. A very basic average hotel that has quite a nice pool attached to it. The room that I was staying in had a sea view which was nice but there was no tea or coffee making facilities the room was spacious enough but was cold
