Pindarie

Medium-bodied, yet with considerable depth in this vintage. Perfumed on the nose and rewarding on the palate. This year the Tempranillo produced delicious Morello cherry fruit. The Sangiovese produced a wine of intense perfume with notable tannins, but Tempranillo is to the fore. A Mediterranean-style wine with the three varieties working in harmony together. A consistently delicious all-rounder! A fragrant medium-bodied wine, undeniably aromatic, with aromas of plums and ripe cherries that we have come to know and love in 'Temp', with very faint hints of oak and dried herbs. A juicy, fleshy palate making it oh-so drinkable! The Basques are famous for 'pintxos': small, delicious savoury bites. We suggest tuna-stuffed piquillo peppers; the classic Spanish omelette tortilla de patatas ; or even goat cheese and caramelized onions. Great drinking all year round and best drank young years from release.
