Plex loses remote access

Hello, I own My Cloud ex2 ultra, updated to the latest version. In the Public folder we have movies and series. Everything looked fine, even the access. However, the problem arose when I want to play media in PLEX outside the home network, so via remote access. Set up a different port, tried turning UPnP off and on in the router but no luck. Can anyone try to give me some advice? I have tried searching on the internet but no result. The problem still persists.
