View Staff Posts Post Reply. Here are some simple steps to reporting bugs and crashes you find. Note that it is always a good idea to back up your content. It will let you restore the game without downloading it all again if the client becomes corrupt. Check the Known Issues thread. Dxdiag is a good way to find all this information, and check if your graphics card is healthy. Post it If you post in the forums keep your title descriptive. If someone else has the same bug, post in there instead.

I had this exact problem, I think one crash to desktop on june 2nd and none that I can remember since, yesterday I had maybe in a couple of hours. If the game IS crashing to the desktop then there is an error message somewhere, it's usually right there on the desktop when you crash out but when that dose not happen you should check the event viewer.
