Polly James is an award-winning radio DJ, polly darts, host and voiceover artist. She presents the weekend afternoon slot on Radio X where she gets to play her favourite rock classics that she polly darts outside of the show. Polly is a natural broadcaster, whether she is presenting to a handful of people in an intimate setting or to thousands of people in a stadium. With a whole host of names from sporting stars, polly darts, musicians and bands, her favourite to chat to was Tom Jones of course where she persuaded him to sign a pair of her knickers which now proudly hang framed in her living room.

I have always enjoyed watching it as well and, 10 years ago, we went to our first Worlds at Ally Pally and fell more in love with it. When it comes to viewing moments, the almost double 9 darter from Michael van Gerwen at the Worlds. MvG is iconic! And I love watching the Gezzy and Ando fight at the Grand Slam, totally mesmerising albeit a bit bizarre as well. As a disc jockey on Radio X, Polly is a familiar voice on the airwaves and a music connoisseur. I love music, mainly guitar-based, but all kinds to be honest.

Most recently there has been a huge spotlight shone on Wales due to our darting superstars. From a pretty decent throw on the pitch to a world number 1 arrow smith.
