We had crazy wet weather, which somehow was charming as we had a roaring fire in our little house in the forest. We did have a couple of absolutely amazing meals, one seated in an old train carriage overlooking a lake at the Hidden River winery and the other was at the very popular Olio Belo cafe.

So she makes it and this new creation turns out so well that it would be a crime not to share it with people who enjoy delicious food?! We all love it and although this recipe makes six generous serves, the five of us usually manage to polish it off in one meal. The ingredients are simple and the preparation fairly quick. Thank you so much for a wonderful recipe. If you throw it all in at once, that's when things start to separate, the constant stirring fixes that though. I didnt add extra sour cream, well not really only what was left on the spoon so g of sour cream went in and the family LOVED it as per usual, only difference was I knew how good it was going to be and called dips on the left overs first :d Thanks for the awesom recipe x. I found the flavour quite strong which I think was due to the vegetable stock so I'll try reducing that next time. I added a chicken stock cube and it's delicious. I made this today with coconut cream, vegan cheese and soy milk and it turned out amazing, will definently be a regular in our house.
