Like every Malayalee, this is one of my all-time favorite Kerala delicacies!

Add all ingredients from ginger garlic paste to salt into washed cleaned and drained meat. Squeeze in the masala perfectly onto the meat. Marinate for 20 minutes. Heat oil in a wok add curry leaves, sliced onion, coconut pieces,sliced ginger, garlic and saute for few minutes until it becomes slightly golden. Add in the turmeric, chilly and coriander powder and saute for a while. Pour the stock from cooked meat and mix everything well. Add enough amount of salt and allow to simmer and then add cooked meat pieces.
