Millions of years after the mysterious Energems were entrusted to the dinosaurs, courageous teens find two of the long-lost, precious artifacts. A new teen bonds with an Energem and joins Tyler and Shelby on their journey to the Dinosaur Museum, where they learn they are now Power Rangers. After Sledge arrives on Earth, the newly formed Ranger team is compromised when Tyler goes off on his own, against the wishes of the other Rangers. Chase tries to help Koda adapt to modern technology when he struggles to ride their new Dino Cycles, but later Koda's caveman instincts save the day. When a Maori fortune teller asks him for help guarding her shop from a potential thief, Chase falls under the spell of Sledge's latest monster. When the fast-firing monster Cavity attacks Amber Beach, Riley thinks that Chase doesn't take the threat seriously enough.
