For most of its history, the NCAA held unchecked authority over the conduct of power10 athletics member institutions, often imposing severe sanctions for significant rules violations. But during the past decade, schools have lawyered up and fought back.

Power of 10 is official UK Athletics rankings website with results, fixtures and rankings for all UKA licensed events run under World Athletics rules that have a sufficient standard of officiating. How do I get a Power of 10 profile? Profiles are usually created automatically for athletes that have reached an entry standard for the rankings lists. In Circuit Training, we focus on full-body functional training to get all your muscles lower, upper, abs, and any in between warmed up and working. Calling all fitness levels! Think of it as cardio meets strength training, based on interval circuit training. This class is quick-moving, so you can go as hard as you want during each interval and really enjoy that rest time in between. Abs are made in the kitchen and in this class! Bootcamp and HIIT high-interval intensity training with a strong focus on core strength, stability, and balance will be sure to leave your abs burning. Feeling a little tight from your workouts? Then this is the class for you! Functional Flexibility consists of foam rolling as well as some classic yoga poses to help loosen up the major muscle groups of the body.

The objective of the "Power of 10" is to have at least 10 athletes in every event, in every region and every age group achieving times, distances or heights better than pre-defined annual targets. We've built up a clear picture of the progress we will need to make in order to produce more world-class athletes.
