Louisville, KY is the biggest city in Project Zomboid infested with zombies. It is advised to travel here late game due to the high volume of zomboids and the compact streets of the inner city. Not long after the checkpoints where overwhelmed the military began setting up checkpoints on bridges leading to the north, not long later panicked citizens of Louisville began fleeing north as the zombies began heading towards the city. As the infection spread through the city, civil unrest ran rampant. This is reflected throughout the city with random military vehicles and burned buildings on the outskirts of the city.
