My DS4 paired quickly with the adapter, the adapter is seen by Windows, you can see the inputs working under the old school Gamepad Preferences in Control Panel, Steam even lets you control Big Picture mode with it and matches the correct controller inputs to a graphic of the XBox controller in the controller menu, but no games I've tried recognise the controller Fez, Portal 2, Saints Row 3, Joe Danger, Elite.
