Like being able to play the campaign in Coop, as well as being able to save Rachael by being fast as Jill or in control of her even and having her be the prologue and depending on your performance you can unlock a path in which she survives, allowing you to play her and get some different missions since you have an earlier access to it with her key with different obstacles to overcome than with playing against her.
