It is a unique tool aimed, first and foremost, at the bloodstock industry - though also at the wider racing industry - which allows you to track unnamed progeny through sires and dams. It allows you to follow the progress of first-season sires who are having their first runners, as well as tracking the development of siblings on the racecourse through the dam, and much more. The auction houses of Germany, France, Britain, Ireland and Italy, not to mention the United States and elsewhere, will be busy preparing for their allimportant yearling sales, and we kick off the European season with a deep dive into the upcoming Goffs UK Premier, BBAG, Arqana and Tattersalls Ireland catalogues, offering good choice at all levels of the market. One of the most intriguing, exciting elements of this time of year is scrutinising the first yearling crops of a wide range of sires, and that felt the right way to launch our coverage. John Tuthill, Ralf Kredel, Antoine Bellanger and Kevin Blake are our vendor profiles, while many of the most attractive lots — on paper at least — are pinpointed throughout the supplement, along with recent star graduates.
