Nice discussions with the employee and the owner on the different products offered and their history, as well as on the history of the microbrewery. Discoveries of interesting and surprising tastes, flavors and textures. We had a great time there with good company. I waited a few months before trying this place out. Also being a foodie the food was very well prepared and portions were very adequate. I enjoyed the ribs which were meatier than usual in which I greatly enjoyed. The town itself is beautiful with its gardens and historical buildings lining the main street. It is well worth taking a a stroll down the street after your meal.
