The cuisine is simple but effective, serving grilled meats, fish of the day and big salads in generous portions, all for a surprisingly modest price. With great hospitality and perfect mango lassis, this tiny place has grown immensely in popularity.

We booked on the day with no problems. In the village of Cabanas de Tavira A Sabores da Ria is a very pleasant place, where you can eat good fish and seafood, and enjoy. Be there early or wait in line with a nice view of the boats in the harbour. This is one of the best restaurants in Portugal, the quality of the food, especially fish and seafood and the creativity of the dishes is just outstanding.
